The Philippine Breast Cancer Society offers two categories of membership. Membership in both categories is open to all physicians who have a demonstrated interest in breast cancer management and meet the following eligibility requirements:

ACTIVE MEMBER
• Must have a full and unrestricted license to practice in 
   the Philippines
• Must have attained board certification by the
   appropriate certifying Board upon completion of
   training

ASSOCIATE MEMBER
• Must have a full and unrestricted license to practice in
   the Philippines
• A resident or fellow-in-training or a physician who has
   completed specialty training but is not yet board
   certified at the time of application

Requirements for application:
• Completely filled out application form
• Valid PRC license
• Certificate of residency and/or fellowship
• Board certification (if applicable)
• Recent passport-sized photo

Note: Associate Members who have finished residency/fellowship training and are board certified may update their membership status by submitting the above-mentioned requirements.
